Studio Legale de Vergottini was established in Bologna in 1970 by Giuseppe de Vergottini, Professor Emeritus of Constitutional Law at the University of Bologna. The Firm opened new offices in Rome in 2003 and in Milan in 2011. Our Firm provides legal court and out of court counselling in constitutional, administrative, EU, civil and commercial law, also through a wide network of collaborations with leading domestic and international law firms, to whom our Firm offers advice in all areas of administrative law.
