Pablo Santos is joining EY Abogados as a partner in Barcelona, where he will be responsible for the firm’s labor practice and report to Ramón Palacín, who leads the practice at the national level. Santos, who is joining from Andersen, has more than 20 years of experience advising national and multinational clients, having worked at Gomez-Acebo, Deloitte, and Andersen. Santos is an expert in labor inspections, social security issues, and litigation, having helped negotiate many collective bargaining agreements. He also has extensive experience in business reorganizations, including a large number of succession processes and restructurings. Santos has a law degree from Pompue Fabra University of Barcelona.
