M&A and private equity expert Camille Chiari has joined the Paris office of Pinsent Masons from Skadden, where she was European counsel.

Camille Chiari comes well-recommended by a high-level clientele composed of French and international financial institutions and investors, for her work on their domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital deals. She is active in several sectors, including healthcare, energy, avation and new technologies.
Chiari began her career in 2010 at Linklaters. Her longest stay with one firm was at Freshfields, between 2013 and 2019, although she spent over three years at Skadden prior to becoming partner number 11 at Pinsent Masons Paris.
A member of the Paris Bar Association since 2010, Camille Chiari has a law degree from SOAS University of London and a masters in law from Pantheon-Assas in Paris.
