Chilean lawyers Félix Antolín and Manuela Ruiz have joined forces to form Antolín Ruiz, a litigation and arbitration boutique.
Peruvian innovation and technology law consulting firm Niubox opened a new office in Bogotá, Colombia, and appointed Daniel Valencia as country manager.
Valencia has almost seven years’ experience in e-commerce, data protection, digital transformation and corporate matters.
Prior to joining Niubox, he held the position of legal head for Latin America at Hawkers, a Spanish sunglasses e-commerce brand. He has also held the position of in-house lawyer at the Colombian subsidiary of Yanbal, a Peruvian multinational beauty products company, and at Brenntag, a major global chemical distribution company.
He is a graduate of the Universidad Libre de Colombia and has completed postgraduate studies in corporate law at the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
