Mexican law firm Ferran Martínez Abogados has promoted José Alberto Sánchez Medina to partner in the firm’s labor and litigation practice, a move that aims to promote the growth of our firm both locally and internationally.
“José Alberto Sánchez Medina’s promotion reflects his high level of professional capacity, extraordinary client service and his ability to solve complex matters,” the firm said in a statement.
José Alberto dedicates his practice to advising national and international companies with operations in Mexico on labor and employment matters, proposing effective and practical solutions. He also advises on the drafting of internal labor regulations, plant closings, collective bargaining agreements, litigation and termination of labor relations, including those of high-level executives.
He also specializes in attending hearings on conciliation and arbitration boards, in injunction proceedings and the execution of agreements in and out of court, in labor matters.
Regarding José Alberto's promotion, the firm’s founding partner Carlos Ferran Martínez Carrilo, highlighted the importance of this decision by the firm.
