The Chiappa group has completed the acquisition of the French company SAPL-Société d'Application des Procédés Lefebvre

The Italian group Chiappa, leader in the international civilian firearms sector, has completed the acquisition of the French company SAPL-Société d'Application des Procédés Lefebvre. The transaction took place within the framework of SAPL's insolvency proceedings before the Alençon Commercial Court, with the authorisation of the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance in view of the company's role as a supplier to the French police force. This acquisition marks the entry of the Chiappa Group into the French market. The Chiappa Group was advised by Andrea Campilungo of CastaldiPartners.
