Swiss law firm Nater Dallafior expands its arbitration practice

Swiss law firm Nater Dallafior announced on February 1st, 2023, that Dr. Mladen Stojiljkovic has joined as Partner. Additionally, on March 1st, 2023, Dr. Nino Sievi was also announced as a Partner effective immediately. Both lawyers have extensive experience in arbitration and commercial litigation. Stojiljkovic specializes in international arbitration, commercial litigation, and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. Sievi has a particular focus on contract, technology, crypto/blockchain, commodity, and construction disputes, among other sectors and industries. He was admitted to multiple bars including Switzerland, England & Wales, and Germany.
Nater Dallafior was founded in 2006 and has the goal of becoming an independent law firm specializing in business litigation.
