SRS Legal reinforces its Corporate & Finance team with the arrival of Miguel Koch Rua and Eduarda Alves da Costa

SRS Legal has strengthened its Corporate & Finance Department in Porto with the integration of partner Miguel Koch Rua and associate Eduarda Alves da Costa. Both professionals will be based at the firm’s Porto office, enhancing its expertise in Commercial and Corporate Law, M&A and investment transactions.

With over 25 years of professional experience, Miguel Koch Rua has developed a solid and widely recognised practice in areas including Commercial and Corporate Law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, international contracts and transport law. His career includes participation in multiple foreign direct investment operations in sectors such as automotive, food distribution, information technology, tourism and real estate, as well as involvement in corporate restructuring processes. He also lectures as a guest professor on the Project Management Postgraduate Programme at Porto Business School.

Moreover, Eduarda Alves da Costa brings experience in Commercial and Corporate Law and M&A, advising both domestic and international clients throughout different phases of investment and business expansion projects. She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Business Law from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Porto.
