Sidley Austin hires three new partners from O'Melveny & Myers

Sidley Austin has announced its capture of three former O'Melveny & Myers attorneys, with Michael Schiavone, Daniel O’Shea and David Ni adding to the firm's expanding capital markets group. The three will join the firm in its New York office.


The news was welcomed by practice chair Edward Petrosky, who remarked: "Mike, Dan and David are extremely talented capital markets practitioners with a substantial level of deal experience and market acceptance. Their practice will broadly diversify our preeminent Capital Markets practice and enhance our ability to serve our clients at the highest level."
