She also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions, particularly in the telecommunications, energy, consumer, and hospitality sectors.

Jennifer Beauchamps graduated magna cum laude from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), where she also earned a Master’s degree in Business Law and Economic Legislation. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian.
