Posté le 10 janv. 2022

Norton Rose Fulbright has expanded its footprint in the Luxembourg investment fund industry with the hire of Luxembourg-based partner Claire Guilbert.

Guilbert, who made the switch from Arendt & Medernach, will assist Norton Rose Fulbright’s local and international clientele with multi-jurisdictional transactions and the structuring of regulated and unregulated investment funds. She has significant experience handling regulatory issues related to alternative investment funds and a perfect knowledge of Luxembourg product laws and regulations.

Claire joins a Luxembourg office headed by Stéphane Braun, who orchestrates the firm’s Continental Europe strategy from the Grand Duchy. Richard Sheen, Global Head of Funds and Asset Management at the London-headquartered firm, commented that this new hire would enhance Norton Rose Fulbright’s capabilities in investment funds and represents a core strategic initiative in the key and sophisticated Luxembourg market.
