Mattos Engelberg Advogados Announces New Partner

On March 22nd, Brazilian law firm Mattos Engelberg Advogados announced Mr. Wagner Garcia Botelha as a new partner. He has 19 years of experience in the national and international market, at G. Breuer in Argentina and Bureau Francis Lefebvre in France, and is authorized to work in both Brazil and Portugal.
Mr. Botelha joins the real estate department and will contribute for the development of the agricultural practice of the firm.
His educational background consists of a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas in 1998 and a qualification in corporate law from IBMEC, both in the Brazilian state of Sao Paulo. Apart from his native language, Portuguese, he speaks English, Spanish and Russian.
With the addition of Mr. Botelha, Mattos Engelberg Advogados now has 17 partners and over 80 associates, advising clients on an array of topics, including agribusiness, antitrust, banking, civil litigation, compliance/anticorruption, government relations, infrastructure, intellectual property, international trade, public procurement, regulatory, tax and technology.
