Matterhorn Telecom makes bond issuance, secures €420m loan

Matterhorn Telecom S.A., the parent company of Salt Mobile S.A., has issued €420 million of 4.500% senior secured notes, due 2030, and secured a €430 million loan.
The notes were guaranteed by Matterhorn Telecom Holding S.A. and Salt Mobile SA.
Homburger advised a syndicate of initial purchasers for the notes, led by Goldman Sachs International, BofA Securities Europe, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, J.P. Morgan SE, Société Générale and UBS AG London Branch.
In addition, Homburger acted as Swiss counsel to Goldman Sachs International in its capacity as new facility B3 lender and mandated lead arranger in connection with Matterhorn Telecom S.A.'s new €430 million loan, governed under English law.
The law firm advised Goldman Sachs International and the other syndicate banks with regard to all Swiss law aspects of the new term loan B3 facility.
