Posté le 17 déc. 2025

Lindholm & Rosenkranz, a new boutique law firm dedicated exclusively to dispute resolution, has officially opened its offices in the heart of Zurich. Founded by attorneys Michelle Lindholm and Charlotte Rosenkranz, the firm brings together years of experience from leading international and Swiss law firms, the public prosecutor’s office, and the courts.
The two founders share a long professional history and a common vision: providing high-level, partner-led representation in complex litigation and arbitration matters, combining big-firm expertise with the agility and precision of an independent practice. Their collaboration originates from years working together in the arbitration and litigation teams of a major Swiss firm.
“Lindholm & Rosenkranz was founded to offer uncompromising focus on contentious matters,” the founders explained in a recent interview. “It’s not about us – it’s about the results we can achieve for our clients.” The firm’s exclusive focus on dispute resolution reflects a strategic decision to devote all energy and expertise to litigation, arbitration, asset recovery, and related proceedings, for clients facing complex and high-stakes disputes.
Lindholm & Rosenkranz already represents clients in multiple ongoing high-value arbitration and litigation matters, underscoring the market’s confidence and the strong professional networks the founders built over the past decade.
Lindholm and Rosenkranz’s backgrounds span top-tier Swiss and international law firms, trial and appellate courts, and the public prosecutor’s office. Their experience includes domestic and international arbitrations, complex commercial and corporate disputes and appellate litigation before higher courts and the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. The firm also represent clients on cross-border enforcement and global asset recovery, qhite collar crime matters and internal investigations, administrative proceedings and employment litigation.
Both partners also regularly act as arbitrators.
