Limes Renewable Energy has expanded its solar pipeline with the acquisition of an agrivoltaic project in Lombardy with a capacity of approximately 25 MW.

Cristiano Spillati, CEO of Limes Renewable Energy, stated that he is highly satisfied with the transaction, which fits within the company’s broader development plan in the context of the energy transition.
Limes was assisted in completing the transaction by BIP Law and Tax, with a team coordinated by equity partner Marco Muscettola and composed of Manager Marco Pellegrini and Senior Matteo Vagnoli, who oversaw the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents as well as the completion of the deal.
