Liberta Partners has acquired a majority stake in the Zeeh Design and Brace Group in Germany

The group combines Zeeh Design GmbH and Brace Group GmbH together with its brands Schendel & Pawlaczyk, conform and MMD. With around 220 employees across five locations in Germany, the group is considered one of the country’s leading providers in exhibition construction and live communication.

For more than 40 years, the group has designed and delivered three-dimensional brand experiences worldwide, including live, virtual and hybrid formats for trade fairs, events, roadshows, interiors and shareholder meetings.

The transaction brings together the operational and financial expertise of Liberta Partners and Hannover Finanz to support the continued development of the group alongside its management team, which also remains significantly invested.
