Lexroom.ai secures €16m funding round led by Base10 Partners

Lexroom.ai, a legal tech startup specializing in artificial intelligence solutions for the legal sector, has announced the closing of a €16 million funding round led by Silicon Valley venture capital fund Base10 Partners.
Giovannelli e Associati assisted Lexroom and the founding shareholders with a team led by partner Matteo Colombari and composed of senior associate Paola Cairoli and associates Filippo Camerada and Camilla Caliterna.
Legance assisted, in collaboration with Morrison Foerster, the Silicon Valley venture capital fund Base10 Partners, with a team led by partner Marco Gubitosi and composed of counsel Alessandro Airaghi and senior associate Marco Cardello.
The Spanish fund Acurio Ventures also participated in the round, assisted by BonelliErede with a team led by partner Giulia Bianchi Frangipane and composed of managing associate Enrico Goitre and associate Elena Cozzupoli.
The transaction also confirms the continued support of current investors such as Entourage, Verve Ventures, and Joe Zadeh, along with the backing of View Different.
