La Scala Società tra Avvocati has announced that Marco Pesenti, co-founder, Senior Partner and former Vice President, has been appointed as the new President, succeeding Giuseppe La Scala, who concludes his term upon reaching the age of 65 and steps down from operational roles.

Giuseppe La Scala will continue to collaborate with the Group as Of Counsel, focusing in particular on advisory services for SMEs through La Scala DLV Consulting. He will also launch a social-oriented project aimed at promoting testimonies and educational pathways on legality in the peripheral areas of Milan.

The appointment of Marco Pesenti as President and the confirmation of Christian Faggella as Chief Executive Officer are part of a path of continuity in the governance and strategic structure, with the aim of supporting the growth, innovation and positioning of the La Scala Group across the national landscape.

The Firm also announced the appointment of five new Partners: Elisa Confalonieri, Arianna Corsaro, Mirko La Cara, Roberta Maria Pagani and Luca Scaccaglia, all of whom have grown professionally within the La Scala Group.
