Globant Acquires Grupo Assa

Globant, a digitally native technology services company, has acquired Grupo Assa (gA), a leading digital and cloud transformation services company, to strengthen its leadership in digital and cognitive transformation.

Globant acquired 100% of the capital stock of Grupo Assa Worldwide, subject to certain adjustments and installments, including an earn out based on certain revenue targets, and part of the consideration is payable in equity of Globant.

Globant use the latest technologies in the digital and cognitive field to transform organizations in every aspect. The company is listed in the NYSE since 2014.

gA is a global technology company that uses digital platforms and transformation services to empower large companies in America and Europe to reformulate their business models and organizations harnessing the insights and power of data, AI and people. 

Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi served as counsel to the ultimate controlling shareholder of gA through its partners Estanislao H. Olmos and Alejandro Perelsztein, alongside associates Juan José Romano Blanco.

Partners Gabriel Lozano and Daniela Rey and senior associates Florencia Angélico and Geraldine Moffat, and associates David Kahansky, Facundo Palczikowski, and Mayra Mammana, also joined the team.
