Giorgio Fantacchiotti joins ADVANT Nctm as partner, strengthening M&A and private equity practice

Giorgio Fantacchiotti, one of the leading names in Italian M&A, joins ADVANT Nctm as partner in the M&A and private equity area, bringing thirty years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions for domestic and international financial sponsors and major corporate groups. Alongside him, Anna Gagliardi, counsel, and Pietro Pozzati, managing associate, also join the firm, bringing complementary M&A and private equity expertise, both domestic and cross-border, having already worked closely with Fantacchiotti on recent transactions.
