Ferdinando Poscio joins LCA Studio Legale as equity partner in the Banking, Finance & Regulatory department

Ferdinando Poscio has joined LCA Studio Legale as an equity partner, strengthening the firm’s Banking, Finance & Regulatory department.

With over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial sector, Poscio regularly advises Italian and international banks and financial institutions, private equity and private debt funds, sponsors, and companies on both domestic and cross-border transactions. His practice primarily focuses on acquisition finance, syndicated lending, bond issues, unitranche financing, and debt restructuring.
