EJASO adds Rodrigo López Crespo to its Digital Law practice

EJASO has appointed the lawyer Rodrigo López Crespo, who joins from Monereo Meyer, to the Digital Law team led by partner Luis María Latasa.
Crespo holds a Law and Political Science degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid and has worked for various Industrial Property agencies and law firms, specializing in Industrial and Intellectual Property, Data Protection, Cybersecurity, and New Technologies, with over ten years of experience in these areas.
Luis María Latasa Vassallo, partner of the Digital Law team at EJASO, highlighted that “Rodrigo's arrival is a further step in our firm commitment to specializing in Digital Law. His dual expertise in Intellectual Property and New Technologies adds significant value to defending our clients' interests in the digital realm.”
López Crespo expressed his excitement about joining EJASO, stating that he approaches his new role “with great enthusiasm and eagerness,” as “the current context, with the exponential growth of AI and cyberattacks, not only increases legal challenges but also threats to intellectual property.”
