Ecuador’s TADIR Dispute Resolutions adds partner to head Guayaquil office

The firm described Oscar’s addition as a strategic step in strengthening the firm’s international arbitration practice in Ecuador and the region.
Oscar is an Ecuadorian lawyer with a strong academic and professional background. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Vanderbilt University, and has more than 10 years of experience in national and international arbitration, including commercial and investment arbitration, acting both as counsel and as a legal expert in international arbitration.
In addition to his arbitration practice, Oscar has served as a university professor of
civil law for over 10 years, combining legal practice with a sustained academic career.
Oscar will lead the opening of the firm’s Guayaquil office, working together with TADIR’s office in Quito. Both offices will work as a sole-unified team, covering all clients’ needs.
