Peruvian law firm Costa, Olivares & Palomino Abogados has announced the integration of the law firm Espinoza & Palomino Abogados through a merger by absorption, with the aim of strengthening its legal services in a highly competitive and specialized environment.

The merger combines the potential of two firms with distinct identities and complementary expertise, focused on providing comprehensive legal counsel aligned with the current demands of the business environment.

Already established as an advisor to key players in the country’s major industries, Costa, Olivares & Palomino — a firm recognized and awarded in leading legal directories — is committed to expanding its services by incorporating the team from Espinoza & Palomino.

The entire legal organization of the acquired firm thus joins Costa, Olivares & Palomino, ensuring continuity and coordination with high standards of quality. Renato Espinoza and Jorge Palomino, co-founders of the firm Espinoza & Palomino Abogados, join as partners.

Renato Espinoza Díaz, a lawyer who graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, has built his career in corporate litigation and highly complex business disputes.
