As part of its international expansion, Diio restructured its corporate governance by incorporating a new Delaware-based holding company, Diio Holding.
In less than a year since its launch, Diio has achieved impressive monthly growth of 25%, positioning itself as the regional leader in its category, according to local media reports.
“Thanks to this round, we are consolidating our leadership in the AI industry for consultative sales,” said Paolo Colonnello, CEO and co-founder of Diio. “Having the backing of a fund like Base10 allows us to further accelerate the company's growth.”
The investment marks a strategic step in consolidating Base 10’s commitment to emerging technologies, and Diio’s AI-driven solutions exemplify innovation in sales optimization and operational efficiency, according to Chilean law firm Carey, which counseled Base10 Capital Partners on the investment.
Carey’s advice enabled the entry of experienced international capital into a high-potential Chilean start-up, reinforcing Chile’s position as a globally scalable hub for tech innovation.
Carey’s team advising Base 10 was led by partner Francisco Guzmán, with associate Andrés Latorre.
Law firms DLA Piper and Morrison Foerster acted as counsel to Base10.
