Gallegos has more than 15 years’ experience in all kinds of banking and financing transactions, with an emphasis on real estate financing, infrastructure and energy project financing, syndicated loans, restructuring, secured and unsecured loans, acquisition financing and asset financing.

He has advised Mexican and foreign financial institutions, including, Nadbank, Instituto de Crédito Oficial, Banobras, Bancomext, Citi, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, MetLife, Santander, BBVA, Monex and Scotiabank, as well as private equity funds, FIBRAs and institutional borrowers, including KKR, BlackRock, Blackstone, Riverstone, Grupo Lala, Artha Capital, Southern Cross, Walton Street Capital, CMR and Grupo Sordo Madaleno.
An international financial law specialist, he has a master's in business law from Universidad Panamericana. Throughout his career he has been recognized as next generation partner in the area of banking and finance. Before joining Cervantes Abogados, he worked at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez as counsel, at González Calvillo as a senior associate, and at several other prestigious law firms.
