Bird & Bird strengthens its Real Estate practice in Frankfurt with the addition of Counsel Gleb Lidman

Lidman joins Bird & Bird from the U.S. firm Goodwin Procter, where he served as a Senior Associate in the Real Estate M&A group. During his tenure, he advised private equity funds, institutional investors, developers and asset managers on complex cross-border transactions as well as on ongoing portfolio and asset management matters.

With a strong background at the intersection of real estate, technology and sustainability, Lidman brings expertise across a broad range of asset classes. His advisory work covers project developments and transactions in sectors such as logistics, data centers, digital infrastructure, smart-building technologies, hospitality and healthcare real estate, as well as ESG-related regulatory and transactional issues.

At Bird & Bird, Lidman joins the firm’s Real Estate team led by Partner Dr. Dirk Barcaba, which has been steadily expanding in recent years. Commenting on the appointment, Dr. Barcaba said:
