Arca Space Capital Invests in Unifarco

Arca Space Capital has completed its investment in the share capital of Unifarco, one of Europe’s leading players in the development, production and marketing of dermatological products, nutraceuticals, functional foods and make-up for the pharmacy channel.

Following the investment, Arca Space Capital holds an indirect minority interest in Unifarco’s share capital, alongside the founding families, who retain control, supporting the Group’s future development.

Unifarco is one of the leading European operators in the scientific dermocosmetics sector, with a distinctive business model based on collaboration with more than 7,000 independent pharmacies. The Group develops, manufactures and markets dermocosmetic products, nutraceuticals, functional foods and make-up through the community brand Farmacisti Preparatori and the brands Ceramol, Dolomia, MyCli, Biomalife, Genage and Keylife. For 2025, the Group expects consolidated revenues of approximately €200 million, supported by steady growth and progressive international expansion.
