With over 20 years’ experience in corporate, commercial, and banking matters both in the public and private sectors, Dávila has extensive experience in complex business and corporate operations, as well as in financial regulation, banking, and stock market matters.
A graduate of the Bolivian Catholic University, he has a master’s degree in business administration from the same university.
His professional experience includes having worked as legal manager of the Central Bank of Bolivia and before that, he was head of the trade registry department (FUNDEMPRESA).
