Villegas Aldazosa & Asociados announces Santa Cruz promotions
Two promotions to senior associate have been made at the Santa Cruz office of Bolivian tax and corporate law firm Villegas Aldazosa & Asociados. These promotions are part of the firm’s strategy of beefing up the recently launched office.
With more than six years’ experience advising on tax matters and working with several large clients in the country, Christian Olea’s area of expertise is international tax law transactions and transfer pricing. He holds an LL.M. in international taxation from Vienna University and a JD in laws from Universidad Catolica Boliviana.

Maria Nydia Gantier specializes in international corporate and commercial law and has been practicing at the firm since 2015. Gantier handles matters related to M&A, international contracts, and corporate compliance. She obtained her master’s degree in international and comparative law at Université de Lausanne (UNIL).
