Indacochea & Asociados adds new partner
Ana Carola Muñoz will strengthen the corporate area of the Bolivian law firm.

Indacochea & Asociados (IA) announced the promotion of Ana Carola Muñoz to partner in the corporate, banking and regulatory practice area.
Muñoz has more than 15 years of experience advising multinational companies in diverse sectors such as energy, food, mass consumption, pharmaceuticals and agribusiness. Her experience includes advising on regulatory compliance, competition law and corporate restructuring processes.
Within banking, Muñoz has experience in banking contracts, loans with various guarantees, leasing, trusts and debt restructuring, as well as bond and equity issuances. She has participated in major financing projects that have had a significant impact in Latin America.

Muñoz graduated from the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra and holds a master's degree in Business Law from the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija and the Centro de Estudios Garrigues in Madrid."Ana Carola embodies all aspects of our firm's culture of excellence.
