This fourth edition of Brazil’s Best Counsel includes a total of 84 legal and financial rankings and sees the launch of our inaugural regional rankings which cover all five of Brazil’s regions, our first international law firms rankings and the split of our general Corporate/M&A ranking into M&A: Large-Cap and M&A: Mid and Small-Cap. Additionally, we have created the first ranking for Legal Headhunting Firms in Brazil as well as new financial rankings including Auditors, IPO Readiness and Outsourcing.
