White & Case has promoted Thomas Glauden to partner in its global mergers & acquisitions practice.
Brussels-based Glauden advises clients in Belgium and Luxembourg, including private equity funds and international and domestic listed and private companies, on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, corporate governance and restructurings.
His Luxembourg secondment with the fund management team of a global private equity firm in 2019, provided him with invaluable insight from an industry perspective. Previously, Thomas was seconded for six months at White & Case’s Stockholm office, subsequent to arriving at the firm in 2017.
Thomas Glauden has a law degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and studied private law at the University of Amsterdam on an Erasmus scholarship. He also holds an LL.M in international business and commercial law from King's College London.
