Arnaud Cagi-Nicolau is the first partner hired into White & Case's Luxembourg office. Arnaud joins the Firm from from a local law firm, Elvinger Hoss Prussen, for the launch. He advises on the structuring and setting up of a broad range of collective and alternative investment funds, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds.

White & Case has become the latest U.S. law firm to open a Luxembourg base. The renewed interest in the Luxembourg jurisdiction comes amid a boom in Luxembourg's fund industry. Goodwin Procter, Debevoise & Plimpton and KPMG Law have all launched bases in Luxembourg in the past three years.
