Victoria Caldevilla to head new European Committee for Diversity at Andersen

Andersen’s legal practice has created a “European Committee for Diversity”, which will be led by Victoria Caldevilla, partner and director of the firm’s Spanish labor practice.

The new committee aims to integrate its proposals and conclusions into the firm’s European management strategy as an essential pillar for generating business and developing its corporate culture. To this end, the team, which will be made up of men and women from different countries, seniority and departments, will analyze the diversity and inclusion policies of all Andersen firms in Europe to ensure consistency through the firm.

Caldevilla leads Andersen’s Spanish labor practice, which is ranked Highly Recommended by Leaders League. She has extensive experience implementing equality and diversity policies and directs a department made up 80% of women, among them directors Marta Navarro, Clara Marín and Raquel de la Viña.

In line with this new European team, Andersen’s Spanish practice has appointed Caldevilla as a deputy director on the board to promote and integrate the new diversity policies into the group’s strategic plan.
