Verdane invests in Berlin-based Eterno Health to support expansion of AI-driven healthcare platform

Berlin-based healthcare technology company Eterno Health has secured additional growth capital from Norwegian investor Verdane to accelerate the development and expansion of its AI-powered practice management platform for healthcare providers.

Founded by serial entrepreneurs Maximilian Waldmann and Frederic Haitz, Eterno Health develops software designed to streamline administrative processes in medical practices through artificial intelligence and system integration. The platform automates a range of operational tasks, helping healthcare professionals reduce administrative burdens and improve patient care. In addition to its software activities, the company operates four polyclinics in Germany.

The investment comes at a time when outpatient healthcare providers across Europe face increasing pressure to improve efficiency and digitalise operations. While healthcare systems continue to generate large volumes of data, many providers still rely on fragmented legacy software that limits interoperability and workflow automation. Eterno Health seeks to address these challenges through a cloud-based, AI-native platform that integrates patient management, clinical documentation, billing and analytics.

Verdane, a leading European growth investor focused on technology-enabled and sustainable businesses, will support the company's next phase of development as it scales its platform and strengthens its position in the German healthcare technology market. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Legal advice to Eterno Health was provided by LARK, Germany. The team was led by Max Hentrich, Dr. Daniel Gubitz, Franziska Lang and Fabienne Pflug on corporate and M&A matters, with tax advice provided by Dr. Tobias Stuppi, Jakob Heimrich and Dr. Julian Siller.
