Sérgio Bronstein brings over 20 years of experience to his new challenge, having previously worked at major law firms, such as Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados, Latham & Watkins and Veirano Advogados. Academically, he obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), a specialization degree in Business Administration and Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and an LL.M. from Berkeley Law (USA).

Eduardo Zilberberg is noted for his robust track record in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital deals, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, with over 15 years of experience in the legal market. He has previously practiced at distinguished national and international law firms, such as Felsberg Advogados, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Gunderson Dettmer and Dias Carneiro Advogados. Academically, Mr. Zilberberg holds an LL.M. from the prestigious Stanford University (USA).

Pedro Chueiri is a distinguished attorney with over 16 years of experience in the legal market who has previously worked for major firms Villemor Amaral Advogados, Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Ulhôa Canto, Rezende e Guerra Advogados. Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), a specialization degree in Finance from FGV and an LL.M. in Corporate Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK).
