Umberto Mauro Joins Andersen's Milan office as Partner

Andersen strengthens its legal department with the appointment of Umberto Mauro as partner.
A lawyer with over twenty years of experience in the sector, Mauro joins Andersen with a selected team of collaborators, after previously serving as a partner in some of the most prestigious law firms, both Italian and international.
His practice primarily focuses on structured finance transactions and capital markets. Mauro has extensive experience in the securitization sector, particularly related to non-performing loans, trade receivables, and real estate securitizations, as well as in debt capital markets, where he has assisted in the issuance of various types of bonds and debt securities. He has also developed significant expertise in aviation finance, assisting major airlines with aircraft leasing and financing.
