Spanish law firm Vaciero names Javier González Calvo as new corporate partner

Spanish law firm Vaciero has expanded its Madrid office with the appointment of Javier González Calvo as a partner in the Corporate/M&A practice. He joins the firm with a team of three professionals: Gonzalo Arroyo, Tomás Javaloyes, and Carla Gómez.

González Calvo brings extensive experience, having previously led the Private and Real Estate Law department at Cremades & Calvo Sotelo, before founding his own firm and later partnering with Global Crowe, where he chaired the Madrid office for nine years. Most recently, he served as a partner in the Legal department of PKF Attest, advising clients mainly in the real estate and sports sectors. He also has close professional ties to Córdoba, where he served as president of Córdoba Club de Fútbol for over three years.

Gonzalo Arroyo has been appointed Director of the Corporate practice in Madrid. His career includes experience at King & Wood Mallesons, Cremades & Calvo Sotelo, Crowe, and PKF.

Tomás Javaloyes and Carla Gómez join as associates in the Litigation and Labor practices, respectively, both based in Madrid.
