Madrid-based technology multinational Konecta has acquired the Rockethall group of companies, a provider of end-to-end digital marketing services in Spain, as well as a specialist in artificial intelligence and big data solutions.
The expected turnover of the acquired group is over €100 million in 2020 and it has 6,300 employees, which will be added to the more than 65,000 employees of Konecta.
"This acquisition allows us to continue growing in a profitable way, taking advantage of Big Data's artificial intelligence applications and digital marketing capabilities," says Konecta's president, José María Pacheco, founder, president and main shareholder of the technology multinational.
Uría Menéndez advised Konecta with a team comprising partners Eva Ferrada and Alfonso Gutiérrez, and associates Miguel Ángel Motos and Violeta Marinas.
