SGG Group: Global Reach

After its entry into Singapore and Dubai, the global player SGG Group now encompasses more territory in Belgium.

SGG Group, a leading multi-jurisdictional provider of financial services, recently announced its further expansion in Belgium with the acquisition of Actefi, a Belgian company providing accounting and tax services.

This move will strengthen SGG Belgium with a team of highly-experienced and professional experts as well as a portfolio of hundreds of companies and private clients.

This is just part of SGG Group’s ambition of internationalization, as in October 2014, it opened the first office in Singapore, led by Frederique Schillern, Managing Director of SGG Hong Kong and Market Leader for Asia. March 2015 celebrated the launch of its Dubai office and an office in the Bahamas is on its way.

Based in Luxembourg, SGG Group already enjoys an extended global network covering 5 continents with 21 offices and 23 remote offices. Dedicated to providing its clients with tailored yet global solutions, its international expansion is likely to continue, as Group CEO Serge Krancenblum said: “It is an honor and a privilege to grow at the center of these global business communities."
