Security Trust Acquires 75% Stake in Logital S.r.l. Through Logicapro S.r.l.

Security Trust Group, a leader in system integration for security systems, has acquired 75% of the share capital of Logital S.r.l. through its subsidiary Logicapro S.r.l.
Logital operates in the field of software engineering, with particular expertise in parking automation and security systems.
The transaction marks a significant strategic step in consolidating Security Trust’s leadership in the system integration market. It enables the expansion of tailored and vertical technological solutions, while also strengthening the Group’s presence both nationally and internationally.
Security Trust was assisted by Bertacco Recla & Partners. On the legal aspects of the transaction, it was advised by Carlo Periti, equity partner and head of the M&A department, and associate Beatrice Simeone.
On tax and financial matters, Security Trust was supported by Dr. Dario Orizio of Network and Knowledge S.r.l.
