Salesforce adds Pedro Marques Gaspar from Accor as Commercial Legal Counsel

Salesforce has hired Pedro Marques Gaspar as Commercial Legal Counsel in Madrid. Marques will be a member of the EMEA commercial legal team, with a focus on Spain and Portugal, where he will be responsible for negotiating and rafting commercial and data protection agreements with customers in support of the sales department.
Marques joins Salesforce from Accor, where he served as lead legal counsel for Portugal and deputy general counsel for Iberia. Prior to that, he worked at PwC España, where he was a senior associate in the digital regulation department focusing on privacy & data protection and transnational digital law issues.
