Roullier Group buys Alysse Food

Roullier is the owner of Pâtisseries Gourmandes, a French industrial pastry producer with private labels such as Ker Cadélac and Le Guillou. By acquiring Alysse Food, Pâtisseries Gourmandes will complement its offer and commercial network in order to accelerate its international development in the coming years.
“This project consolidates our dynamic and will allow us to take a new step in our international development,” Mickaël Le Jossec, head of Roullier’s agri-food business.
Alysse Food, a Belgium-based bakery business supplying retailers and food-service operators, manufactures American inspired pastries and bread.
The Roullier Group is a company founded in 1959 in Saint-Malo by Daniel Roullier. It specializes in the production and chemical transformation of nutrients and food for plants, animals and people.
Allyum, a Belgian corporate finance advisor dedicated to midcap companies, advised Alysse Food’s founder on their sale to Groupe Roullier. The team included Marc Kobylinski, Martin Delépine and Ernest van Zuylen. Along with Eversheds Sutherland for the legal part.
