Peruvian law firm Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados has recruited Miranda & Amado partner Nydia Guevara.
Guevara, who had been with Miranda & Amado for more than six years, specializes in banking and finance, securities and corporate law.
Prior to joining Miranda & Amado, Guevara was an international associate at Shearman & Sterling.
Guevara’s expertise includes capital markets and investment funds. She also has extensive experience of advising clients on syndicated loans, project finance, trade finance, and derivatives, as well as on regulatory matters associated with the banking and securities industries.
