Lisbon-headquartered Pinto Ribeiro Advogados advised Maiar Group and its subsidiary Caravel Devotion on the financing of the construction of a university residence in Covilhã.
The project, valued at around €7 million, was financed by Banco BPI.
The scheme, which is being developed by the Maiar Group, involves the conversion of a former wool factory located in the center of Covilhã. It will provide approximately 250 new rooms for students.
The Pinto Ribeiro Advogados team included João André Antunes, as well as Marcos Sousa Guedes and Vivian Silva.
