Peruvian firm LeiOS launches
Peruvian law firm LeiOS has launched, the brainchild of Augusto Cáceres, a former partner of Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano, and José Delmar, former founding partner of Delmar Ugarte (later PPU) and Legalcorp, and who have joined forces with Abel Revoredo, founder of Revoredo Abogados.

The three founding partners are joined by a team of lawyers and will offer full-service legal advice across a broad range of sectors, from telecom and regulation to data privacy, crypto and blockchain, venture capital, corporate, fintech, M&A, corporate and dispute resolution as well as tax, among other areas.
The firm’s tax practice is run by José Diego Ruiz Huidobro González.
LeiOS combines the experience and specialties of the three Peruvian firms from which its founding partners hail, and is dedicated to providing legal services to startups, technology companies and corporates in an innovative way and using technology, speaking the same language, the firm said.

Co-founding partner Augusto Cáceres is a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience, investor and founder of QAPU Ventures, a syndicated micro angel investment fund in Latin American startups, as well as co-founder of local ventures and a mentor and advisor to startups in the region.
He is an expert in leading and participating in some of the most important corporate transactions in the M&A/corporate, financial and venture capital markets, as well as advising disruptive fintechs in the financial market.
José Delmar is a lawyer and entrepreneur and passionate about law and technology, with more than 26 years of experience in corporate-transactional matters, contracts, business and technology. A founding partner of the first Latin American law firm with regional offices, he graduated with honors from Columbia University School of Law (as a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar), and PUCP.
For his part, Abel Revoredo is a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in business, commercial and new technologies consultancy. He was a founding partner of Revoredo Abogados, a law firm that specialized in IT and telecommunications.
He is a certified expert in data protection by the Institute of Audit and IT Governance, and certified as a legal project practitioner by the International Institute of Legal Project Management.
