CMS signs partnership with law firms in Brazil and Mozambique

Misti Capital, a Lima-based independent firm specialized in financial advisory services, has announced the incorporation of Eduardo Gomez de la Torre as a partner, who joins the team to strengthen is investment banking franchise.
Eduardo graduated in economics from the Universidad del Pacífico and has an MBA from Wharton School. Before joining Misti Capital, he held positions in Credicorp Group, including corporate and international banking division manager and regional head of the investment banking team.
As a lawyer, he has led hundreds of corporate financings, as well as M&A transactions and capital market issuances.
He built the Investment Banking team at Scotiabank Peru and he previously worked in the investment banking team at Deutsche Bank in New York.
