Among the brands acquired are Energina and Black, which will maintain the same flavor and quality, as they will continue to be bottled and produced at the Socosani plant, located in the valley of the same name. Energina is the only soft drink on the market made with mineral water.

"We are really excited with this important bet that will allow us to grow as a company, increase our portfolio, but especially to take our beverage brands to the world, and let them know the quality of Peruvian products, thus demonstrating what we are made of," said Cintya Añaños, general manager of ISM.

In addition, a strategic alliance has been established between both companies, through which ISM began the exclusive distribution of the centenary and award-winning Socosani mineral water to all corners of Peru.

ISM produces soft drinks, fruit nectars and natural water and has operations in Peru, Chile, Dominican Republic, Brazil, Haiti, Puerto Rico and the United States.
