Paula Vicario joins Spanish finReg360 to lead the Transfer Pricing practice

Paula Vicario Martín has joined finReg360, a Spanish firm specialized in financial regulation, as a partner to lead the firm's Transfer Pricing practice, within its Tax division. Her arrival brings the firm’s total to 13 partners and more than 60 professionals.

With nearly two decades of experience, Vicario has led transfer pricing planning and management projects for multinationals, IBEX 35 companies, mid-sized groups, and SMEs. Her expertise includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing relationships with tax authorities during audits.

She holds a dual degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and has built her career at firms such as Transfer Pricing Specialists (TPS), Garrido Forensic, PwC, and KPMG.

Commenting on her new role, Vicario stated: “Transfer pricing is a strategic tool that helps companies structure themselves and make decisions with confidence. My goal is to provide clients with clear, practical insights and concrete solutions to support their growth and operational challenges.”
